Good food is a basic necessity for every child. However, due to today's demands; many serve their children with unacceptable food. Always ensure that your child gets the right amount of food. Feed your child with well balanced meals as many as required within a day. Include fresh vegetables and grains in the meals. Between meals, it would be good serving nutritious snacks.
Do not force your child to eat what he or she doesn't want because you will kill the appetite completely. Do not serve too many drinks at meal times. Snacks should be timed well at good time intervals between meals.
